This release opens flair AI to all customers, adds employee mentions in Salesforce, and splits multi-page documents.

🆕 New Features

AI: flair AI is now available to all customers rather than a selected group. Salesforce: Employees can be mentioned directly in Salesforce. Documents: A multi-page document splitter separates a scanned batch into individual documents.

🔧 Improvements

Time Tracking: Added a period threshold to time balances, and reworked the time balance settings screen. Performance: Clearer peer assignment emails and labels, and review action buttons are disabled while an assessment is saving.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Performance: Peer reviewers can no longer see other reviewers' draft answers, and draft answers no longer count towards completion percentages. Recruiting: Fixed the hiring manager permission set.
