This release lets admins restrict who can edit skills, adds absence reporting fields, and fixes the position lookup and document notification links.

🆕 New Features

Skills: Admins can now restrict employees from adding, rating, or removing individual skills. Previously the only control was an org-wide switch that blocked all self-service skill assignment, which was too blunt for scheduling-critical skills such as first-aider certification.

🔧 Improvements

Reporting: The Absence object now carries direct Employee and Category lookups. Both were previously available only as text formula fields, which could not be used as relationship columns or grouped on in Salesforce reports.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Position Management: The position lookup on the New Employment Term form now finds available positions in large catalogs. If the first 100 matching positions were all assigned, the "Available" group came back empty even though free positions existed further down the list.

Documents: The link in the "new document" email notification now opens the document itself instead of a generic Hub page.
