🆕 New Features
Employee Profile: Managers can now view an employee's skill gaps compared to their position's target levels directly on the employee record and within Performance Reviews.
Dashboard: You can now view a "Matching Employees" panel on a project in the Hub, showing each employee's skill level against the project's requirements and an overall match score.
Employee Profile: When viewing a position in the Hub, managers can now see its required skills and target levels to support development conversations.
Requests: Approvers can now see the specific reason an employee selected for an absence request, shown next to the category in request lists and details.
Requests: When requesting an absence, you can now optionally attach a document, such as a sick note, and if you skip it at first, you can still add one later by editing the request.
🔧 Improvements
General: Field data sent to Salesforce now automatically matches your locale to the correct Salesforce translation language, reducing mismatched or missing translations.
Employee Profile: You can no longer create, rename or delete skills from the Hub—skills are now managed in Salesforce—while assigning, rating, and searching skills work as before.
Dashboard: You can now view, filter, and sort employee skills by category, with category names shown in your own language.
Dashboard, Settings: You can now see accurate, complete German and French text in Slack timesheet reminders and comment notifications, plus improved AI assistant chat translations in Norwegian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian.
Recruiting, Documents, Workflows: You can now preview Word documents (.doc, .docx, .dotx) directly in the Hub—for candidate attachments, employee and company documents, and workflow tasks—without downloading them first.
Dashboard: On job details pages, the skills-match badge now recognises equivalent skills (like "React" and "React.js") and matches them even when listed in different languages.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Dashboard: Peer review rating questions and the average-score gauge now correctly use your review cycle's configured scale instead of always defaulting to 1–5.
Requests, Employee Profile, Dashboard, Calendar: You can now see fully translated labels in time-off requests, the skills/people directory, and the AI assistant when using German, French, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, or Russian.
Requests: Picklist selections in request forms now show correctly translated labels in the review step, matching the language you used to fill out the form.
Recruiting: Candidate comment notifications in Slack now display the comment text as clean, readable content instead of raw markup, even when the comment was pasted from another source.
Time Tracking: If a time entry can't be saved due to a rule violation, it now stays on screen with your input intact so you can correct and retry it.
Time Tracking: Project time entries now display in a consistent, stable order, so entries no longer shift position between page loads.
Time Tracking: The "Save Changes" button now disappears correctly after you save project time entries, so you can trust your changes were saved.
Employee Profile: Only managers can now create or rename skills in the company skill catalogue from the Hub, as intended.
Settings: When creating an anonymous HR Help Desk ticket, the preview now correctly shows "Stay anonymous" instead of a technical placeholder.
Time Tracking: Managers can now open timesheet approvals in the mobile app without errors, even when there are many pending timesheet requests to review.
Employee Profile: Closed performance reviews now show as Completed, are hidden by the "only active" filter, and no longer appear as upcoming reviews or meetings on your dashboard.
Dashboard, Settings: Employees now correctly see their shifts and hidden features in the mobile app when multiple overlapping Hub Feature settings apply, with the most specific matching rule taking priority.
Onboarding: You can now open workflow tasks with Word, Excel, or PowerPoint attachments — these show as a download link instead of getting stuck loading, while PDFs and images still preview inline.
