🆕 New Features
Workflows: You can now call the Distance Calculation action from your own flows to get driving or direct distance in kilometres and travel time in minutes between two addresses or coordinates.
Absence Management, Time Tracking: You can now record absences as a percentage of working time, such as 60% sick leave, with daily target hours adjusted proportionally and overtime accrual optionally blocked.
Settings: HR admins can now view all request forms with their type and visibility in a new Request Forms tab, and quickly create one from five ready-made templates (English/German).
Settings: Skill category names now display in each employee's preferred language, instead of only the language originally entered by an admin.
Absence Management: You can now click an absence in the overview to view its details, approval path, balances, and comments, and approve, reject, edit, or delete it without leaving the page.
Recruiting: Skills found in CVs that aren't in your catalog now appear in a "Skill suggestions" queue and on the candidate's record, so you can add them and auto-tag all matching candidates, past and present.
Payroll, Time Tracking: When a Payroll Territory has Time Type Rates set up, payroll runs now automatically add pay lines for hours worked under those types, correctly applying the multiplier and pay type based on each employee's contracted hours.
Settings: Admins can now enter Microsoft account sign-in details on the Hub Authentication Option record, letting employees log in to the mobile app on Intune-managed devices.
🔧 Improvements
Time Tracking: You can now view each employee workload's status, period and key details in a clean list, then click through to see the full weekly schedule and edit its name or dates directly in the detail panel.
Recruiting: The Interview page header now only shows the Delete action, removing unrelated options like New Contact and New Opportunity.
Recruiting: Admins without Recruiting Communication can now view what it offers—Outlook/Teams interview scheduling, recruiting email templates, and centralised scheduling—and request it directly from the Integrations tab or interview page.
Recruiting: Jobs shared via organic job advertising now include standardized values (like employment type and the new Workplace field) that job boards require, and Multiposting lets you map your own custom values so more jobs can publish successfully.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Documents, Workflows: German and French users will now see correctly translated text—instead of untranslated English or incorrect wording—across DATEV payroll, compensation reports, absence management, document management, and workflow screens.
Goals: When you change a goal's Time Period, the update now saves correctly and follows the same approval process as other goal edits.
Recruiting, Reports: You can now reliably navigate back from a transition’s candidate list to the Time between Stages report, and average days are calculated using complete stage history even in very large organizations.
Recruiting, Documents: Oversized documents (over 4 MB) now show a clear error instead of staying stuck on Pending, and the retry option is hidden since retrying won't help.
Recruiting: You can now duplicate an existing job posting with all details pre-filled, and generate or regenerate an AI job description for existing jobs, reviewing and editing before saving.
Absence Management: Absence types set up without a balance, like flexible time or birthday leave, no longer show incorrect negative balances, and any previously affected balances are corrected automatically.
