Career Portal updates — November 2024

This entry covers changes to the Career Portal deployed in November 2024.

🆕 New Features

Job publishing: Published jobs can now be shared with VONQ through a job feed. The feed includes the job and application links, the company's advertising logo, and salary details with currency.

🔧 Improvements

Application form: Files are now uploaded one at a time, so applications with several or larger files go through reliably. Each file shows its upload status, and candidates can retry files that failed with "Retry Upload Failing Files".

Application form: The second-step questionnaire can only be submitted once. Candidates who already answered it cannot open it again.

Connecting a portal: Errors when connecting a career portal now show a clearer message.

General: Job pages load faster.
