Hub updates — December 2023

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in December 2023.

🆕 New Features

Dashboard: The new dashboard is now available to all customers. It includes widgets for Public Holidays, Compensatory Time, Anniversaries, Birthdays, End of Probation, Absent Today, Time Tracking and Next Meeting, and only shows widgets for features enabled in your Hub.

Dashboard: Widgets can be filtered by All company or My Team, offer a "See more" list, and open a colleague's details in a side panel. You can send a cheer straight from the Anniversaries and Birthdays widgets.

Dashboard: The Last Updates feed shows announcements, cheers and new joiners in one place. You can filter it by category and team, comment, react and use emojis on announcements.

Dashboard: From the Next Meeting widget you can add a meeting to Google Calendar, download an .ics file or copy a calendar URL.

Performance Reviews: Feedback cycles can now include employee satisfaction questions. Employees answer them in a "Sign your Performance Review" window before submitting.

Performance Reviews: For feedback cycles with a sequential timeline, managers see a message that the cycle becomes active once the employee completes their part.

🔧 Improvements

Project Time Tracking: The projects view now has a total row. Days with absences are grayed out and show absence and holiday icons.

Performance Reviews: The review page has an updated design, including a "Sign & Complete Performance Review" button and corrected review status and step display.

Recruiting: The candidates list is no longer limited to 250 candidates, and the Jobs page and candidates list load faster.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Absences: Absences in private absence categories are no longer visible to colleagues. The year filter on the My Absences page works again.

Documents: Deleting a document now works reliably.

Expenses: The expenses list no longer breaks when an expense description was edited in Salesforce.

General: Various smaller fixes to translations, icons and layout.
