🆕 New Features

Dashboard: In chats, you can now see when a colleague is online, when they're typing a reply, and who has read your latest message.

Settings, Dashboard: You can now get email and Slack alerts for unread chat messages (skipped if already read), see unread counts in the tab title, and enable desktop or sound alerts—all adjustable in Notification settings → Chat.

🔧 Improvements

Dashboard: You can now see the actual text of up to three newest unread chat messages in Slack notifications, and clicking "Open chat" works without showing an error.

Dashboard: You can now click an image in a chat message to view it enlarged, while other files like PDFs still download as before.

Dashboard, Employee Profile, Requests, Calendar, Documents, Settings: You can now type directly into date fields instead of only using the picker, and search within list filters, with charts, uploads, and comments also refreshed.

Dashboard, Employee Profile, Requests, Calendar, Documents, Settings: Tables, tabs, progress bars, checkboxes, radio buttons, switches, dropdown selects, and breadcrumbs throughout the Hub now display the refreshed design.

Employee Profile: Your saved team-skills grid views now stay with your account, so you can access them from any browser or device—though views saved before this update won't carry over.

General: You'll now see loading indicators when updating skills, and the page automatically refreshes after renewing a certificate.

Dashboard: If you send too many chat messages too quickly, you'll see a brief notice and can resume sending again a moment later.

Compensation, Goals: Compensation review and performance-review calibration screens are now fully translated into Norwegian, with partial translations available in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian.

Dashboard, Documents, Employee Profile, Calendar: Action menus across the Hub, like table "…" menus and the profile menu, now have a refreshed look and reposition themselves so they're no longer cut off at the screen edge.

Dashboard, Requests, Settings: Notifications now appear in the bottom-right corner with a close button and colours that match their meaning, and error messages stay visible until you close them.

Requests, Employee Profile, Calendar: Side panels—like absence requests and employee details—now use the refreshed design, with headers and buttons staying fixed while content scrolls beneath them.

Dashboard, Requests, Documents, Employee Profile, Settings: Pop-up windows in the Hub—like expense, document, and goal dialogs—now have a refreshed look with a smoother opening animation.

Calendar, Dashboard, Employee Profile: Pop-up detail cards, like absence details in the calendar and employee hover cards, now have a refreshed look that matches the new design system.

Employee Profile, Settings: You can now customize which columns appear in Team → People—add or hide fields, reorder them, and rename headings to compare people at a glance.

Employee Profile: You can now view a redesigned Skills tab showing how a person's skills compare to their position's expectations on a 1–5 scale, see the whole team's skills in a grid, open a side panel for one person, and filter the People list by skill.

Employee Profile: You can view your skills grouped by category with progress toward your position's expectations, filter using the clickable summary, rate skills on a 1–5 scale, and add multiple skills at once.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Requests: Ticket list filters now correctly apply to anonymous tickets, so they only appear and get counted under the filter that matches their actual status.

Requests: You can now read, add, edit, and delete comments on support tickets directly from the mobile app.

Employee Profile: You can now see required skills and target levels inherited from an employee's role on their Skills tab, even if none are set directly on their position.

Requests: You can now see the reason a manager gave when rejecting your change request, in both the notification and the request details.

Absences, Requests, Employee Profile: You can no longer type a date outside the allowed range in date fields, and today's date can now always be selected.

Goals: When setting up a goal, you'll now see only the tags an admin marked "Use in Goals," with recruiting tags and deactivated tags hidden, and location, department and absence-category dropdowns working again.
