Career Portal updates — June 2026

This entry covers changes to the Career Portal deployed in June 2026.

🆕 New Features

Access control: Admins can now restrict a career portal to a list of allowed IP addresses or ranges. Visitors from other networks see an access restricted page.

🔧 Improvements

Job list: Job cards now show the same custom header fields as the job page, and the search box also finds jobs by the values shown on the card.

Organic job posting: Candidates who apply through jobs posted via VONQ are now saved with the career page origin "organic".

Connecting a portal: Connected career portals now keep their Salesforce connection active automatically, so portals with few visits no longer disconnect after a period of inactivity.

Connecting a portal: Career portals whose Salesforce connection has been inactive for more than 40 days are now removed automatically. You can reconnect the portal to restore it.

Mobile: Loading screens on the home page and job pages now display correctly on mobile devices.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Navigation: Moving from one job page to another now scrolls back to the top, so the new job details are visible right away.

General: Fixed an issue where career portals could time out and fail to load during busy periods.
