🆕 New Features

Compensation: You can now run company-wide pay gap analyses from the new Equity Audits tab under Compensation, view results by pay quartile, schedule annual runs, and export completed reports as CSV files flagging gaps of 5% or more.

Time Tracking, Payroll: You can now set a pay type for monetary time balance withdrawals in Time Balance settings, separately for automatic payouts and employee-requested payouts, so it carries through to payroll automatically.

Settings: You can now enable a setting that lets managers view employee records for everyone in their reporting chain below them, not just their direct reports.

Compensation, Settings: You can now auto-draft worker category descriptions and the four equal-value criteria from existing roles, review and edit them, and see flagged roles that fit poorly before saving.

Compensation, Reports: You can now generate and save a pay analysis snapshot for a worker category directly from its record page, choosing the "as of" date, with permanent results showing gender counts, average and median pay, and the pay gap.

Recruiting, Compensation: When you create a job from a position, its salary range now auto-fills from the position's pay band (converted to a monthly figure if needed), and you can still edit it; if the pay band is incomplete or inactive, you'll enter the range manually as before.

🔧 Improvements

General: You can now enable or disable specific notification channels for your organization, giving you more control over which notifications you and your team receive.

General: You now receive email notifications for direct chats with a subject line showing exactly who sent you the new message.

Compensation, Goals, Payroll, Settings: You can now filter the employee picker by any employee field you have permission to view, including custom fields, with a searchable field list for quick access.

Chat: Hub chat notifications and error messages now appear in your chosen Employee Language, with German and French support and an English fallback.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Absence Management, Reports, Settings: German-language users will now see corrected and fully translated labels across survey types, form field settings, absence request policies, the absences table, time balance reports, Smart Search, and Hub navigation element settings.

Settings: Additional responses employees submitted to older anonymous engagement surveys are now fully anonymized, so no submitter information is shown for any response.

Dashboard: Chat messages with attachments that fail to send no longer notify recipients or move the conversation to the top of the chat list.
