Company Structure: You can now automatically build your career levels, roles, and role families from existing positions using the roles wizard.

Absence Management: You can now require a rejection reason for specific absence categories, so approvers must provide an explanation before denying a request.

🔧 Improvements

Time Tracking: You can now load the shift planner much faster, especially when viewing monthly schedules for large teams.

General: You can now automatically finalize pull requests and send completion updates to Slack threads when your work is finished.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Absence Management: When you delete an absence, its pending change requests are now automatically removed from the approval queue.

Absence Management, Time Tracking: When you move an absence to different dates, your timesheet target hours now update correctly across both the original and new days.

Workflows: When you copy previous shifts, you can now preview the changes and copy only shifts that match your active planner filters without creating duplicates.
