This release adds custom forms for absences, overtime compensation settings, and peer reviewer configuration.

🆕 New Features

Absence Management: Absences can now include a custom form, so you can collect extra information when an absence is created. Time Tracking: A new "Overtime Compensation" section in Time Balance Settings configures automatic time balance withdrawals. Performance: Peer reviewers can now be configured in the performance review setup.

🔧 Improvements

Time Tracking: The maximum hours restriction is now validated when starting a time entry and when creating or changing one. Calendars: Public holidays are shown in the employee calendar.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Calendars: Fixed an error in calendars.
