This release adds calibrations, the Roles Builder, and a candidates filter.

Development: Added calibrations, so performance ratings can be reviewed and aligned across a group before they are finalised. Position Management: Added the Roles Builder for defining roles, families and career levels. Recruiting: Added a candidates filter.

🔧 Improvements

Absence Management: Accrual policy amount rules now support custom fields, and Absence Category records have a Request Policies tab. Documents: Document categories can now be archived, and request forms can require an upload. Employee Hub: Added visibility controls for the employee profile, education and experience sections. Development: Objective periods can be segmented by employee. Absence Management: eAU now handles the "no AU on file" response.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Shift Planning: Fixed the scheduler when custom name fields are configured. Reporting: Fixed the calculation type used for per-employee section exports.
