Oct 22, 2026: v1.781

This release covers Compensation, Expenses, Goals, Settings, Payroll, Recruiting, Workflows, Requests.

🆕 New Features

Compensation: You can now create saved salary views with custom filters and track past, current, and upcoming pay on an employee’s compensation timeline.

Payroll: You can now receive expense status notifications via email, Slack, or push alerts whenever your expense is approved, declined, or reimbursed.

🔧 Improvements

Goals, Settings: When filtering employees, you can now use custom filter logic to combine multiple conditions using AND or OR rules.

Recruiting: You can now choose an exact date and time from a calendar to schedule single or bulk emails.

Recruiting, Workflows: You can now filter email templates by folder when sending or scheduling an email to only see the templates saved in that folder.

Expenses: You can now scan expense receipts in Expenses to automatically capture details like merchant, date, and VAT without needing a separate integration.

Settings: Admins can now create custom expense types and assign specific tax rates to each one in Tax Manager.

Expenses: You can now review route maps, per diem meals, and attached receipts directly on each expense record page.

Recruiting: When writing emails, you can now view merge fields as readable labels instead of code, preventing them from accidentally breaking while you edit.

Settings, Compensation: You can now identify and resolve missing employment or salary details directly within your compliance audit using pre-filled forms.

Requests: You can now receive approval request notifications directly in Slack and as web browser push notifications.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Settings: You can now view draft expense names without missing dates or record types showing up as "null."

Settings: You can now set decimal tax rates with up to two decimal places in the Tax Manager instead of rounding to whole numbers.

Payroll: You can now edit and resubmit a declined expense to automatically route it through a fresh round of approvals.
