This release makes time balances available to everyone.

🆕 New Features

Time Tracking: Time balances are now enabled for all customers, having previously been limited to selected orgs.

🔧 Improvements

Time Tracking: Added time balance analytics and completed the time balance translations. Position Management: Inactive positions link through to the company structure, employment date validation is stricter, and unassigning an employee now shows a warning before it takes effect.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Position Management: Fixed the employee data change component, and added the missing permission for the position lookup.
