Approvals: Introduced the foundation of the new approval framework: approval policies with step approvers, including a Quorum approval type, and a setup screen for assigning approval policies.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Documents: Managers are no longer notified about signed documents they cannot see.
Workflows: Workflow deadline reminder emails no longer show raw HTML.
Segments: Segments that target all employees work again.
