This release adds AI-generated smart search filters, record type selection when creating employees, and fixes absence visibility settings and future-dated time entries.

🆕 New Features

Smart Search: Smart Search can now generate filters for you from a plain-language query, so you no longer have to build each filter by hand.

🔧 Improvements

Employees: The Create Employee flow now offers a record type choice on its first screen, before the name, and applies it to the new employee. The step is hidden when your org has no active Employee record types.

Recruiting: Hiring managers and job owners can now see the evaluator's overall comment alongside the overall recommendation, so the reasoning behind a recommendation is visible when making a decision.

Tickets: Ticket closure email notifications now include the ticket subject, so recipients can tell which ticket the email refers to without opening it.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Absence Management: Absence category visibility settings are now respected. In affected orgs every absence was treated as visible to all employees regardless of the configured visibility, exposing absences that should have been limited to the employee and their manager.

Time Tracking: Employees with an open-ended employment (no end date) can now submit future-dated manual time entries. The Hub previously reported "Time tracking is disabled because there are no active employments" for any date after today.

Employee Hub: Fixed an account collision that occurred when a Salesforce sandbox was cloned from production — the same employee email could no longer be registered against both orgs' Hubs.
