This release adds proration for additional leave in accrual policies.

🔧 Improvements

Absence Management: Additional leave amounts in an accrual policy can now be prorated, so an employee joining mid-period receives a proportional amount. Shift Planning: The Employee Hub can now read shift records, so shifts display correctly for employees.
