This release adds double opt-in for talents and calendar subscriptions.

🆕 New Features

Recruiting: Added double opt-in, so talents confirm by email before being added to a talent pool. Calendars: Calendars can now be subscribed to from an external calendar application.

🔧 Improvements

Time Tracking: Added a negative balance reset mode, and time entry change requests can be approved during timesheet approval. Performance: The performance review modal is now responsive, creating a review takes you straight to it, and the deadline is calculated from the review timeline.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Translations: Corrected several performance review translations.
