Cheers, public holidays, and absence extra fields are available in the flair mobile app 4.1.16, released 14 April 2025 (builds v4.1.14–v4.1.16).

🆕 New Features

Cheers: The home screen now shows the three latest Cheers, and a new screen lets you browse and filter all Cheers.

Home: A new card on the home screen shows upcoming public holidays.

Absences: Absence requests now support the extra fields your company has configured for absences, and managers can see these fields when reviewing a request.

Profile: Employees whose Employee Hub access is restricted now see only their profile in the app.

🔧 Improvements

Time Tracking: When you start or stop time tracking in the Employee Hub on the web, the time tracking card in the app now updates right away.

Time Tracking: Time entries that are approved, locked, or already included in payroll can no longer be edited in the app.

Time Tracking: The week picker now uses ISO week numbers and includes week 53 in years that have one.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Time Tracking: Fixed the iOS lock-screen Live Activity getting out of sync with the app.

Time Tracking: Fixed an error when stopping time tracking and a crash in the week picker.

Profile: Fixed an error when loading your profile while offline.

General: Various smaller fixes and performance improvements.
