Career Portal updates — February 2026

This entry covers changes to the Career Portal deployed in February 2026.

🆕 New Features

Search engines: Admins can now hide a career portal from search engine indexing, for example for internal portals.

Application form: Date fields no longer accept dates in the year 2100 or later and show a validation message instead.

Embedding: Embedded career portals no longer show the back button that led visitors away from your website to the main career portal.

Job pages: Location, employment type and time commitment are hidden in the job header when they have no value, instead of showing empty icons.

Job publishing: Jobs with an empty or invalid industry or category are no longer included in the VONQ job feed.

Connecting a portal: After connecting a career portal, its connection status is now correctly saved as connected.
