Hub updates — July 2025

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in July 2025.

🆕 New Features

Expenses: Expenses can now contain several items, each with its own name, type, dates and times, amount and note, on the new "Items" tab. The final amount adds up all items, including calculated statutory allowances.

Notifications: The Hub now shows custom notifications with a title and an optional button, and notifications can span multiple lines.

Absences: If an absence category restricts deletion, approved absences in that category can no longer be deleted.

🔧 Improvements

Notifications: The legacy timesheet overview email has been removed from the notification settings.

General: Error messages now support line breaks, and validation errors from Salesforce are shown in a simpler form.

General: Updated Spanish, French and Russian translations.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Notifications: The "Archive" button is now translated.

My Team: Pages now load for managers with very large teams.

Performance Reviews: Evaluations open correctly even if some questions were deleted from the template.

Approval Requests: The approval requests table loads correctly again.
