Aug 24, 2026: v1.759

This release covers Absence Management, Settings, Compensation, Documents, Payroll, Documents, Settings, General, Recruiting, Settings, Workflows.

🆕 New Features

Compensation: When reviewing compensation, you can now hover over an employee's current salary to see their past, current, and upcoming salaries, complete with dates and percentage changes between each step.

Settings, Workflows: You can now limit alert rules to specific entities, locations, or departments, so different segments of your company can have their own rules instead of one rule for everyone.

Documents, Payroll: You can now set a File Naming Formula when mass uploading employee documents, automatically renaming each file using that employee's data instead of a generic name.

Documents, Settings: Admins can now optionally restrict employees from moving, renaming, or deleting documents and folders in the Employee HUB, with settings applied company-wide or scoped to specific groups; approved documents can no longer be deleted.

Recruiting: You can now filter candidates by Funnel Stage, Tags, or Application Source using dropdowns above the table, and save these filters to a view for later use.

🔧 Improvements

Recruiting: The suggestion status field is now a text field instead of a dropdown, letting you enter custom status values.

Recruiting: You'll now only see a warning if a job posting is missing fields required by job boards; optional details appear under "Improves reach" instead.

General: You can now book absence days shown as available in your balance, even when that balance comes from multiple allowance grants for the same period.

Absence Management, Settings: You can now assign absence categories to employees without setting up an accrual policy, and easily see who still needs a category or policy assigned.

Absence Management, Settings: You can now search within categories, policies, and employees panels, switch between accrual and request policy tabs, and create categories from templates directly via the Create button.

Recruiting: This update lays the groundwork for suggesting matching skills when you create a certificate; the suggestion panel itself will follow in an upcoming release.

This release covers Absence Management, Settings, Time Tracking, Workflows, Settings.

🆕 New Features

Absence Management, Settings: Administrators can now add and configure custom fields—such as approval tracking or review flags—directly on the Absence Category form, without opening the record separately.

Time Tracking: You can now request the complete removal of a break on a tracked day, not just a shorter one, subject to daily time limit checks and manager approval.

🔧 Improvements

Workflows, Settings: German and French users will now see translated labels across Workflows, Skills, Expenses, and employee history, and the blank "New template" item in the workflow menu is fixed.

This release covers Compensation, Employee Profile, Settings, Recruiting, Settings, Time Tracking.

🆕 New Features

Compensation: You can now see how much of a budget has been spent, view the salaries funding it, and rely on figures that update automatically when reviews are approved or reverted.

Settings: New organizations now start with four ready-made skill categories — Technical, Soft Skills, Languages, and Business — so admins can organize employee skills immediately without creating categories from scratch.

🔧 Improvements

Compensation: You can now apply a fixed raise amount (e.g., +100 €/month) to everyone in a compensation review, automatically converted to each employee's currency and pay frequency.

Recruiting: You can now hover the info icon next to CV-parsed skills to see the exact line they were extracted from, helping you verify each skill's context.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Time Tracking: German-speaking employees now receive time balance withdrawal notifications with correctly translated subjects and text, including the specific absence category the time was converted into.

Recruiting: When you reject a candidate—manually or through an auto-rejection rule—their application is now marked finished, so reports and the Employee Hub stop showing it as in progress; moving them out of Rejected reopens the application.

Employee Profile, Settings: Scheduled changes to an employee's street, city, country, or postal code now apply successfully on their effective date, without leaving an error on the record.

Time Tracking: You can now set up an extra field once and have it automatically appear both when tracking time and when editing past time entries.
