Integrations updates — July 2025

This entry covers changes to flair Integrations deployed in July 2025.

🆕 New Features

DATEV: You can now connect flair to DATEV and send your payroll export files to DATEV. Each request to DATEV is logged so you can check what was sent.

AI: AI can now generate key requirements for a job and check how well a candidate's CV meets each of them.

🔧 Improvements

VONQ: You can now show only recommended VONQ products, and campaign lists only show the campaigns of your own company.

CV parsing: CVs can now be parsed for talents as well as candidates, and older Word files in DOC format are now supported.

Integrations: When you connect another integration, flair now reuses your existing Salesforce connection where possible.

🐞 Bug Fixes

eSign: Signature requests now always use the latest version of a document.

eSign: Older files can be sent for signature again.
