Sep 14, 2026: v1.763

This release covers Absence Management, Compensation, General, Payroll, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Recruiting, Settings, Reports, Settings, Settings, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Compensation.

🆕 New Features

Payroll, Employee Profile: When you enter an IBAN in Salesforce, the Employee Hub profile, or a bank-details request, the bank name and BIC now fill in automatically, invalid IBANs are flagged immediately, and a "Bank Lookup Status" shows if no bank is found.

Absence Management: You can now set up accrual policies that award time off based on hours actually worked, with optional yearly caps and balance limits based on approved timesheets.

Settings: Admins can now enable or disable a new Chats section in the Employee Hub, with group messaging itself becoming available in a future update.

🔧 Improvements

Settings, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Compensation: You'll now see corrected German and French translations across Salesforce screens, including position statuses, HR admin settings, category names, shift time records, and compensation, time balance, and recruiting messages.

Compensation: You can now see each manager's review status (Preparing, Submitted, Approved, Executed, Rejected, or Reverted) directly on the Budget consumption card.

General: When you submit an absence request with missing information, you'll now see exactly which fields are missing instead of a generic error message.

Reports: When you click into a bar or row on any of the 49 supported Analytics reports, the detail panel now shows relevant columns like owner, dates, amounts, and status instead of just a name.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Recruiting, Settings: You can now view comments and profile pictures on Candidate and other records even if your access to certain employee fields, like Position, is restricted.

Recruiting: You can now see in the Scheduled Emails panel whether each email actually sent, with a red error icon and reason for failures instead of finding out weeks later.

Absence Management: Absence dates and half-day labels like "Morning" and "Evening" now display in German and French for users with those language settings, including in approval requests.
