This release adds VONQ Direct Apply for job board postings, and fixes candidate sharing, position-based access after a role change, and mass document upload for large batches.

🆕 New Features

Recruiting: Jobs posted through the VONQ job board marketplace now support Direct Apply, so candidates complete their application on the job board itself and the application flows straight into flair. VONQ is making Direct Apply mandatory for all partners from the end of August 2026, and key boards including LinkedIn, Indeed and SEEK require it.

🔧 Improvements

Employee Hub: Email and password login in the mobile app is now scoped by company domain, so employees whose email address exists in more than one connected org reach the right Hub.

Translations: Added the missing Spanish labels for Hub employee fields — emergency contact details, personal data, and home address.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Position Management: Removing an employee from a position now revokes their access to the data of that position's child positions immediately. Previously the person kept manager-level visibility until the child positions were reassigned to a new parent.

Recruiting: Fixed candidate sharing silently dropping records in large orgs, which left recruiters without access to candidates they were entitled to see.

Documents: Mass Employee Document Upload now completes for very large batches. Uploads that exceeded Salesforce's row limits previously failed with "Too many DML rows".

Documents: Switching a generated document from PDF to Word no longer fails for users without delete rights on the previously generated file.

Translations: "Noon" for half-day absences is now translated consistently as Mittag across absences and approval requests, and absence and expense approval request descriptions are translated.
