This release introduces mass email sending to employees and talents, adds name sorting to the company structure view, extends workflow visibility to HR managers, and adds a one-click reconnect button for the Employee Hub.

🆕 New Features

Employees & Recruiting: HR admins can now send mass emails to employees and talents directly from their list views in Salesforce. Select one or more records, use the Send Email action, and compose or schedule a message using your existing email templates — the same flow previously available only for candidates, now extended to the full workforce.

Workflows: HR managers can now view and update the workflows and workflow items of their HR-managed employees. Workflows appear in the All and Others tabs in the Hub so HR managers have full oversight without involving direct managers.

🔧 Improvements

Company Structure: The Position Management left pane now supports sorting employees by name (A–Z or Z–A). The sort preference is saved across sessions, and unfilled positions always appear at the bottom regardless of sort direction.

Settings: A Reconnect Hub button is now available on the Salesforce app home Setup Assistant. If the Employee Hub connection loses sync — for example after a credential rotation — an inline warning appears and admins can restore the connection in one click.
