This release introduces date-based alert rules, integrates absence approvals with the shift planner, and includes a position hierarchy recovery tool.

🆕 New Features

Workflows: Admins can now create date-based alert rules that automatically notify employees or managers as key dates approach. Configure which object and date field to monitor, how far in advance the alert triggers, who receives it, and which notification template to use.

🔧 Improvements

Time Tracking: When a daily absence is approved, the corresponding days in the shift planner are now automatically marked as non-working days, preventing scheduling conflicts for employees on approved leave.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Settings: Added a one-time position hierarchy recovery tool that rebuilds corrupted position parent links. All changes are logged to a downloadable CSV report in HR Admin → Doctor → Recovered Position Structure History, with old and new parent IDs for full auditability. Ambiguous cases are flagged for manual review.
