🆕 New Features
Compensation: Budget managers can now view budget commitments, salary costs, and coverage in a new Budgets tab under Compensations, and create, publish, or assign salaries to budgets directly from the page.
Recruiting: You can now preview scheduled emails on candidate, talent and employee records with merge fields filled in, and edit the subject and content before they're sent.
Time Tracking: Admins can now set how each kiosk handles clock-ins—confirmation step, one-tap, or automatic—from a newly reorganized kiosk settings page in Salesforce.
🔧 Improvements
Compensation: You can now transfer any remaining budget from a finished compensation review into another budget, while locked budgets stay protected and clearly labeled in a cleaner, easier-to-read list.
Settings, Time Tracking: You can now view Position Management, Time Balance, Employee Hub account info, and advanced filters in German or French instead of only English.
Absence Management: You can now see how much time has been used for absence categories without a balance directly on the employee record, without opening each category.
Recruiting: You can now create a job's first candidate directly from a CV, right from the empty candidates screen—no need to add a candidate manually first.
Recruiting: When scheduling an email to a single candidate, you can now also change their funnel stage at the same time, and the Scheduled Emails list shows which stage change each email will trigger.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Workflows: When sending emails to a group of employees from a flow, employees without a company email address are now skipped so everyone else still receives their email.
Recruiting: You can now schedule mass emails to multiple candidates after entering a subject and message or editing a template, without the Schedule button staying disabled.
Recruiting: You can now view every candidate for a job on the Kanban board, with accurate per-stage counts, no matter how large the pipeline is.
Recruiting, Time Tracking, Workflows, Settings: French and German users will now see correct, complete translations for interview scheduling, shift records, and recruiting, nationality, and workflow screens that previously showed blank or English-only text.
