This release adds custom navigation elements for the Employee Hub, a Login As shortcut in the Staff & Docs employee list, and expanded payroll data fields for DATEV customers.

🆕 New Features

Settings (Employee Hub): Admins can now add custom navigation elements to the Employee Hub — links in the sidebar, a Quick Links card on the dashboard, and entries in the profile dropdown. Each element can open an external URL, an embedded Salesforce Flow, or a custom Lightning Web Component. Items can be nested inside groups that expand inline. Visibility is controlled per employee using the existing segmentation system. Configure elements on the Hub Element Definition records in Salesforce.

🔧 Improvements

Settings: Managers with the Hub login permission can now log in as any employee directly from the Staff & Docs employee list — select Login as this employee from the row action menu to open the Employee Hub as that person, without navigating to the employee record first.

DATEV Payroll: Organizations using the DATEV payroll integration can now record additional required employee fields in flair: highest school level, education level, health insurance provider, house number, and children's allowance percentage. Employment records gain Employment Type and Type of Contract fields, with new DATEV-aligned dictionary values pre-seeded.
