Aug 31, 2026: v1.760

This release covers Absence Management, Documents, General, Reports, Settings, Recruiting, Absence Management, Payroll.

🆕 New Features

Absence Management: You can now set absence categories to track allowances in minutes or hours, giving more precise balances for things like short breaks or day-based leave policies.

🔧 Improvements

Reports: You can now click into report charts to see the underlying records, view real names and funnel stage labels instead of codes, filter "My Absences by Category" by date, and enjoy faster-loading reports without empty-month gaps or crashes.

General: You can now set payroll to run automatically on a recurring schedule, so you don't have to manually start each pay period.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Settings, Recruiting, Absence Management, Payroll: You can now edit and rearrange previously locked flair record pages, including tabs and sections on the Job, Absence Category, and Employee pages, in the Lightning App Builder.

Documents: HR users can now attach documents uploaded by an integration, like SwissSalary, to employee records without needing System Administrator access.

This release covers Absence Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Workflows, Payroll, Compensation, Position Management, Workflows, Recruiting, Recruiting, Settings, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Settings, Workflows.

🆕 New Features

Time Tracking, Absence Management: When converting overtime into absence days, the system now uses each employee’s own contracted daily hours instead of a single fixed value, so full extra days worked correctly earn a full day off regardless of schedule.

Settings: You can now manage inventory assignments, view assignment history, and track approval statuses through connected flair applications.

Time Tracking, Settings: You can now set an Archived Date on a project to remove it from time and expense project pickers, while past entries booked to it stay unchanged.

Absence Management: You can now request changes to an existing absence (like different dates) from the Employee Hub, with approval routed to the right person and a clear before/after view of the changes.

🔧 Improvements

Absence Management, Workflows: You can now create Alert Rules for Absences (not just Employees and Candidates), add filter conditions to control which records trigger alerts, and manage rule status with Enable/Disable buttons on a reorganized Configuration and Assignment tab layout.

Settings: Custom Lightning Out pages and widgets in the Employee Hub are temporarily disabled and now display a "Lightning Out is currently not available" message to prevent unauthorized access to Salesforce data.

Settings: Admins can now customize the New and Edit Employment Term forms with their own fields or logic, while the forms keep their original look and behavior.

Recruiting: When creating an employee, you'll only be asked to choose a record type if your org has more than one set up — otherwise it's applied automatically.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Workflows: Employee notifications now send successfully even when the Attachments field is left blank in a flow's notification step.

Absence Management, Time Tracking: When your working hours or workload change, approved absences now correctly reduce target hours, and the Amount field for daily absences no longer shows 0.

Recruiting: You'll no longer see duplicate evaluations for the same candidate, reviewer, and scorecard when sending bulk requests, retrying, or moving candidates between stages.

Recruiting: You can now delete a candidate even if one of their files, like a CV, was uploaded by another user or through the career portal.

Payroll, Compensation, Position Management, Workflows, Recruiting: You'll now see correct French translations for the electronic sick-note (eAU) feature and across employee, position, compensation, workflow, and talent-pool screens, instead of English placeholders or blank text.
