This hotfix stops position hierarchies from being silently overwritten by a legacy background job.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Settings: Fixed an issue where a recurring background job was silently rewriting manually-configured position hierarchies each year. Manually-set parent positions are now respected and preserved. Customers can still trigger a one-time legacy data migration explicitly from the HR Admin page when needed.
