This release significantly improves the Reports module with multi-year charting, new chart types, and table export; adds granular compensation visibility controls; speeds up AI job description generation; and fixes an AI scoring inconsistency.

🆕 New Features

Reports: Time-based reports now correctly separate data across multiple years. You can switch any report between line, area, bar, column, and pie chart types (time-series reports default to line). Filter any column, sort and search the results table, and export any report to CSV or Excel with one click. Two new built-in reports are included: New Hires Over Time and Employee Headcount Over Time. Built-in reports are read-only in the builder — clone one to create an editable version.

🔧 Improvements

Compensation: The Employee HUB Feature record now has two additional visibility toggles — Hide Recurring Compensation and Hide One-Time Compensation — giving HR admins independent control over which pay components managers can see for their reports, separate from the existing Hide Employee Salaries setting.

Recruiting: AI job description generation now responds immediately — clicking Generate produces the result in-place instead of waiting for a background event to deliver it.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Recruiting: Fixed an inconsistency where the same CV could receive a different AI match score depending on the job it was evaluated against. Scores are now stable across evaluations.
