This release covers Compensation, Recruiting, Reports, Settings, Recruiting.

🆕 New Features

Compensation: You can now view pay gap results directly on the Equity Audits tab, including quartile breakdowns, pay thresholds, and average/median gaps by category, with amber highlights for gaps of 5% or more.

Compensation: You can now see warnings on the Equity Audits tab when pay bands overlap within a worker category, view a chart comparing bands, and dismiss warnings with a recorded justification.

Settings, Recruiting: You can now customize the Staff → Employees tab by filtering on any employee field, choosing and reordering columns, saving your own views, and setting a default view.

Reports: You can now embed packaged reports as compact charts, tables, or number tiles on any page, and view an employee's time balance, hours, and absences on the new Metrics tab.

🔧 Improvements

Recruiting: When uploading your career portal logo, you'll now see guidance explaining it's also used as the preview image for shared job links, with recommended image size and format.
