🆕 New Features

Documents: Approved documents can no longer be deleted once HR approves them, and admins can now optionally restrict moving, renaming, or folder changes for specific employees, departments, locations, or entities.

🔧 Improvements

Absences: Absence requests no longer fail with a formatting error when submitted, thanks to a fix for incorrectly formatted time values.

General: Grids, navigation menus, and tabs across the app now have a refreshed, more consistent look and feel with improved usability.

Time Tracking: In Time Management → Controlling, your filter selections for "All reports" and "Direct reports" are now remembered separately when switching between the two views.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Time Tracking: You can now switch between "Direct reports" and "All reports" without the "Approve All" warning note blocking the toggle.

Documents: You can now open a document preview after scrolling down your list, and the preview window shows the document title and Delete button without hiding them.

Onboarding: You can now enter 0 in a required number or percentage field on a workflow task, and it will save correctly and count as a completed answer.

Hub: Dashboard: You can now scroll through comments in the Hub popover vertically without the list shifting sideways or showing an extra horizontal scrollbar.

Employee Profile: When adding or editing an education entry on your profile, School is now required and Degree is optional, fixing errors that could occur when saving.
