Hub updates — December 2025

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in December 2025.

🆕 New Features

Expenses: Expenses are now created in a new window with separate flows for per diem, reimbursement, and car mileage. For car mileage, you enter the start and end address and the Hub shows the route on a map and calculates the distance.

Absences: Managers can now request absences on behalf of their employees.

Time Tracking: A new "time tracking with projects" workload type lets employees link project time to their time entries.

Projects: A "Show tracked time" switch on project timesheets shows tracked time, project time, and the remaining difference for each day.

Scheduler Shifts: Hovering over a shift now shows its date and time, breaks, labels, and employee notes. Shifts also show the location or department they belong to.

Extra Fields: Extra fields now support rich text.

Workflows: You can now set the visibility of files uploaded in workflow tasks.

Employee Profile: Admins can now hide employee bank details, salaries, and workload details in the Hub.

Time Tracking: In controlling, an info icon now marks breaks that were adjusted automatically and shows when the adjustment happened.

🔧 Improvements

Kiosk: Employees can now only log in to kiosks they have access to.

Team Calendar: Colleagues' absences now load faster.

Expenses: Expense approval requests now show the attached files.

Projects: You can now pick a date directly in the week and month navigation of timesheets and project timesheets.

Documents: HTML files can no longer be uploaded as employee documents, for security reasons.

Login: Organizations can now use more than one SAML single sign-on provider.

Languages: Timesheet warnings and the "Absent" label are now translated. Picklist values now support French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, and Norwegian, long dates now include the weekday, and Russian translations were expanded across the Hub.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Time Tracking: Navigating between monthly timesheets now works correctly.

Documents: Previewing a specific file inside a document with several files now works.

Performance Reviews: Feedback cycle names that contain a slash are now displayed correctly.

General: Dates no longer shift by a day depending on the viewer's time zone. Fixed absence filters with special characters and absence visibility for colleagues.
