April 3-6: More Video Integration 📹

Smile for the camera! This week, we added a couple of new features to allow you to integrate videos into your daily HR processes. Enjoy!

🆕 New Features

New Workflow Item Type: ⏯️ We've added a new workflow item type to our Workflows feature. You can now select Video Request when creating your workflows. This is used to request videos from your employees – for example, to allow new employees to introduce themselves or give existing employees an easy way to demonstrate a process.

Add Loom Videos to Absence Requests: 📹 As part of our larger Loom rollout, we've made it possible to add Loom videos to absence requests. Start recording directly in the Employee Hub!

🚀 Improvements

Filter Active Employees: ✅ In the Employees tab of the Staff & Docs page in flair HR, you can now easily filter to only see active employees. Simply check the Show Only Active Employees box at the top of the table.
