Integrations updates — May 2026

This entry covers changes to flair Integrations deployed in May 2026.

🆕 New Features

Kiosk: Employees can now log in at the kiosk with face recognition. Managers can override a login with their PIN.

eSign: Signature requests can now require an SMS one-time password per signer. The phone number is taken from the employee's company phone number or the candidate's phone number, and you see a clear error if it is missing.

Recruiting: A recording bot can now join scheduled interviews, record and transcribe them, and save an AI-generated summary to the candidate as a note.

🔧 Improvements

CV parsing: CVs that already contain text are now read directly instead of being scanned, the same CV is no longer processed twice at the same time, and CVs that were already parsed are skipped.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Integrations: Integrations no longer lose their connection to Salesforce every few hours.

Integrations: Integrations that were deleted in flair are no longer checked in the background, which stops unnecessary use of your Salesforce API limits.
