Mobile v4.1.21

Workflows and Cheers reactions are available in the flair mobile app 4.1.21, released 25 June 2025 (builds v4.1.17–v4.1.21).

🆕 New Features

Workflows: You can now view your workflows in the app, filter them, and open each workflow to see its steps and tasks. You can change a task's status, tick off subtasks, fill in requested data, and upload requested files. For video tasks, you can record with Loom or continue in the Employee Hub.

Home: The home screen now shows cards for your workflows and your onboarding.

Time Tracking: A new "Time Balance" card on the home screen shows your time balance.

Cheers: You can now react to Cheers with emojis.

Languages: The French translation of the app is now complete, and German and Italian translations were extended.

🔧 Improvements

Navigation: The "Tasks" tab is now called "Workflows" and the "Employees" tab is now called "More". The employee directory is available from the "Directory" section in "More".

Absences: Your absence balances per period are now taken from flair instead of being calculated on your phone, and absence categories without a balance are supported.

Time Tracking: The time tracking card is hidden for employees who do not track time.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Absences: Fixed missing or duplicated weeks and duplicate search results in team absences.

Time Tracking: Fixed how negative values are shown in your time balance.

Workflows: Fixed the year filter.

General: Various smaller fixes and performance improvements.
