This release adds configurable time rounding, announcement pinning, and fixes candidate filtering for non-English Salesforce users.

🔧 Improvements

Time Tracking: Admins can now configure rounding intervals (1, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes) and rounding methods (nearest, up, or down) per Time Framework. Previously, time entries were only rounded to the nearest minute by stripping seconds.

Announcements: Company announcements can now be pinned so they always appear at the top of the announcements list for employees — useful for urgent or time-sensitive communications. Available in both Salesforce and the Employee Hub.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Recruiting: Fixed candidate funnel stage filters not working when the Salesforce UI language was set to German or another non-English language. Filters now use stable internal values so they work correctly across all languages.
