This release covers Compensation, Settings, General, Goals, Recruiting, Settings, Payroll, Recruiting, Settings, Recruiting, Settings, Time Tracking, Time Tracking, Settings, Workflows.

🆕 New Features

Goals, Recruiting, Settings: You can mark tags as "Use in Goals" so only relevant tags appear when setting up a goal, keeping recruiting-only tags out of the picker.

Time Tracking, Settings: You can now turn on a Success Sound for each kiosk so employees hear a confirmation when they clock in, clock out, or take a break.

Compensation, Settings: HR admins can now group roles into worker categories with documented criteria, and see this categorization flow automatically to positions and employees, plus view a list of active employees still uncategorised.

Payroll: You can now connect Flair to DATEV (LODAS or Lohn und Gehalt), choosing exactly which use cases to enable, and sync employee, salary and absence data in both directions with clear reviews, mapping tools, and plain-language error messages for missing fields.

🔧 Improvements

General: Apex tests now run with less duplicated setup code, making test execution faster and easier to maintain.

Recruiting: You'll now see a warning on the Skills page if any skills are missing from search, along with a button to fix it right away.

Workflows: When setting up an E-Mail task in a workflow, you can now click Insert Merge Field to search for and select a field by name, instead of typing placeholder syntax by hand.

Settings, Time Tracking: You can now search for skills using related terms or abbreviations (like "k8s" or "js") in the catalog, shift planner, and matrix picker, with exact matches listed first.

General: New scratch orgs now come preloaded with Kiosk, Calendar, Scopes, and Docs data, so you can start testing right away without setting them up manually.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Settings, Recruiting: When you change a visibility scope or move a job to a different entity, people keep their existing record access throughout the update, with only actual changes applied and any errors reported.
