Extra Fields Rollout, Approvals & Performance Review Improvements

This batch covers Hub updates deployed between late March and mid-April 2026, including the extra fields rollout, certificate approvals, and performance review improvements.

🆕 New Features

Extra Fields: Rolled out extra fields support across multiple areas — time tracking widgets, shift planner side panel, helpdesk tickets, candidate profiles, and time entry submissions. Custom data can now be captured wherever your workflows need it. Documents: Certificate approval status tracking and details view in the Hub, complementing the Salesforce approval workflow. Notifications: Approval request notifications now appear in Hub and Mobile with deep linking to the relevant approval. Recruiting: Added funnel stage path selector to candidate details for easier pipeline navigation. Employees: Added employee status column to the employees table. Attachments: Added expand mode to the attachment preview sidebar for a larger viewing area.

🔧 Improvements

Documents: Added multi-language support for document categories. Performance Reviews: Show reviewer name in upcoming performance review meetings. Recruiting: Final scores in candidate evaluations are now rounded for cleaner display. Workflows: Workflow items now support visibility settings, and data fields can be reordered. Notifications: Unsupported notification types are excluded from the unread count. Comments: Comment submit button is disabled when an attachment exceeds the file size limit. Translations: Corrected French translations for HR/shift-planning context. Fixed Spanish translations for goal hierarchy and job status. Feature Management: Admins can now hide Approval Requests, Learning, and Request Forms sections per org. Request Forms are behind a server feature flag. Flair Scheduler feature flag support added.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Performance Reviews: Fixed unrelated reviews appearing in the review list. Employees: Fixed Hub crashing when a manager has more than 1,000 direct reports. Fixed People page crash caused by invalid dates. Goals: Fixed disappearance of the Add Goal button. Extra Fields: Fixed date picker showing the wrong date in extra fields. Time Tracking: Fixed time entry ID assignment in project time entries. Request Forms: Fixed date selection always resolving to an incorrect date. Payroll: Fixed salary active status check that used an incorrect formula field. Surveys: Fixed mobile requiring scroll to see survey questions.
