This release adds a Budgets tab to Compensation Review setup and fixes objective key results, scheduler target hours, and manager assignment from the position hierarchy.

🆕 New Features

Compensation: Compensation Review setup now has a Budgets subtab, where you can allocate and review the budgets attached to a compensation review.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Performance: Updating a key result value on a team or company objective from the Employee Hub no longer fails with an error. Employee objectives were unaffected; team and company key result updates had never worked through this path.

Position Management: An employee's manager is now taken from the closest active person in the position hierarchy. A future-dated occupant of a nearer parent position could previously be shown as the manager instead.

Shift Planning: Employees on hourly pay with no target hours no longer appear as "0 hours" and greyed out in the Scheduler, which made them look unschedulable.

Engagement Surveys: Fixed a query error in the anonymous survey response backfill that could interrupt survey response updates.
