This release adds a per-employee absence overview, optional document upload on absence requests and multilingual skill names, rebuilds the Absences tab of Attendance, and fixes approval policy cloning and anniversary-based absence periods.

🆕 New Features

Absence Management: You can now see all of an employee's absences across every category in one place, for a whole year, without building a dedicated list view for it.

Absence Management: Document upload on absence requests can now be configured as optional rather than mandatory, so an employee isn't blocked from submitting a request when the document isn't available yet.

Skills: Skill names can now be stored per language, so employees see the skill catalog in their own language instead of an English-only list. Skill matching works against the translated names too.

🔧 Improvements

Absence Management: The Absences tab of Attendance has been rebuilt. The nine controls that had accumulated in one row are now a two-tier filter bar, the timeline can be zoomed instead of being locked to a single calendar month — so an absence spanning a month boundary is no longer cut in half — and filtering and loading now happen on the server, which keeps the tab responsive for large teams.

Skills: The skill category selector is now part of the rebuilt Skills management screen in Salesforce, alongside the new Skill record page.

Recruiting: When you change the candidate record type on a job, you are now offered the option to apply it to that job's existing candidates as well, with a summary of how many were changed. Previously the new record type applied only to candidates created afterwards.

Settings: Location and Department records now carry an Active checkbox, and the dropdowns across the package that reference them show only active records, so retired locations and departments stop appearing as options.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Approval Framework: Cloning an approval policy no longer fails with a currency ISO code error when the policy being cloned is enabled.

Absence Management: The absence period now follows anniversary-based accrual policies. Employees on a work-anniversary allowance saw "January to December" and had their accrued, taken and planned days bucketed against the calendar year instead.

Employee Hub: A Word document attached to a workflow task no longer breaks access to the task — the file is offered as a download instead of being previewed.
