Jul 30, 2026: v1.750
This release adds scheduler visibility rules and avatar controls, and fixes absence request policy limits and pay band display for fixed pay grades.
π New Featuresβ
Shift Planning: Schedulers now support visibility rules and segmentation, so a scheduler can be shared with a specific department, location or team rather than everyone who can access shift planning.
Employee Hub: Two new Hub configuration options control employee avatars independently: one blocks employees from uploading or changing their own avatar, the other prevents avatars from being deleted from the Hub.
π§ Improvementsβ
Shift Planning: Predefined shifts can now be set to a full 24 hours. The maximum was previously 23 hours and 59 minutes.
Compensation: Excluding an employee from a compensation review now keeps their current salary counted against budget consumption. Exclusion means the employee gets no raise, not that their existing pay leaves the budget.
π Bug Fixesβ
Absence Management: Absence Request Policies now enforce their yearly maximum on repeat requests. A policy capped at one day per year β birthday leave, for example β previously accepted a second request in the same year without blocking or warning.
Compensation: Pay bands now display on the Compensation Review table for fixed pay grades. A fixed grade stores the same minimum and maximum, and the zero-width band was treated as "no band configured" and hidden.
