Hub updates — August 2024

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in August 2024.

🆕 New Features

Time Tracking: The Hub now supports withdrawals that adjust an employee's time balance to a set value.

General: Former employees who still have Hub access, for example to get their documents, can no longer see information about their colleagues.

Documents: Employees can no longer delete documents that were uploaded by their manager or HR.

Calendar: Public holidays for Morocco are now available.

Comments: Notes in the Hub are now called comments, matching Salesforce.

Absences: Slack now shows every absence that overlaps the current day, including afternoon absences.

Employee Profile: You can update your birthday from your Hub profile again.

Performance Reviews: The print view of performance reviews displays correctly.

Time Tracking: Employees who are allowed to change their own time entries can now approve their own time entry change requests.

Inventory: Inventory items with a custom record type no longer cause errors.

Comments: Slack messages about new comments now show the correct text.
