Mobile v4.1.13

Offline time tracking and a customizable home screen are available in the flair mobile app 4.1.13, released 9 January 2025 (builds v4.1.5–v4.1.13).

🆕 New Features

Time Tracking: You can now track time while your phone is offline. Your entries are sent automatically once you are back online.

Time Tracking: If your time tracking policy requires location tracking, the app now records your location when you clock in, clock out, or take a break.

Time Tracking: The time tracking card on the home screen now shows the current week or month with charts, and the time tracking page lets you switch between "Per week" and "Per month" and scroll through all days.

Shifts: The home screen now shows your next five shifts, starting today, with the current shift highlighted.

Home: Company announcements are now shown on the home screen.

Home: You can now change the order of the cards on your home screen and choose which ones to show. Cards for features your company has turned off are not listed.

General: Features that are hidden for your company in the Employee Hub are now also hidden in the mobile app.

General: The app can now start without an internet connection and shows your previously loaded data.

Languages: The app is now also available in Italian, German translations were completed, and you can choose the app language in your phone's settings on iOS and Android 13 or later.

🔧 Improvements

Home: You can now pull down to refresh the home screen, which also reloads your shifts and your current time entry.

Time Tracking: Time tracking warnings and errors from flair are now shown in the app.

Time Tracking: If you are allowed to change your own time entries, your edits and new time entries in the app are now submitted directly.

Time Tracking: You now see fewer repeated notifications when your connection changes often, and offline entries are retried until they are sent.

General: Network and server errors are now shown in a consistent notification across the app.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Time Tracking: Fixed weekly and daily chart calculations, the hours target shown, and the labels of the per-day bar chart. Overtime is now shown correctly in time tracking charts.

Time Tracking: Fixed the timer update interval of running time tracking and a crash in the week selector.

Shifts: Fixed a crash when you have no upcoming shifts.

General: Fixed an issue where users were logged out after the app reconnected.

General: Fixed a crash when your company had not set up which features to hide, and various smaller interface fixes.
