This release adds skill categories and optional overlapping absences, and fixes the Hub company name for multi-hub orgs and half-day allowance corrections.

🆕 New Features

Skills: Skills can now be grouped into categories — soft skill, hard skill, language, certification, or any category you define. The skill catalog was previously a flat list, so related skills could not be organised by competence area.

Absence Management: A new configuration option lets employees hold overlapping absences, so a period of vacation can be converted to sick leave when an employee falls ill during it. This is a legal requirement in Germany and other DACH countries; previously HR had to correct the records manually in Salesforce.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Employee Hub: The company name in the Hub header now reflects the Hub instance rather than the Salesforce org name. Orgs running multiple Hubs were showing the same org-level name to every Hub, so employees saw the wrong company branding.

Absence Management: Allowance corrections now accept half-day and other decimal amounts. Entering 0.5 or 1.5 previously showed an "isn't a valid increment" error even though the value saved, and comma decimal separators (1,5) used in German and French locales are now handled correctly.
