Integrations updates — September 2025

This entry covers changes to flair Integrations deployed in September 2025.

🆕 New Features

DATEV: You can now request an eAU for an employee's absence through DATEV and receive the response in flair.

DATEV: You can now download payroll reports for your employees from DATEV into flair.

🔧 Improvements

VONQ: Posting requirements for job boards booked with your own contracts can now suggest values as you type, and you can delete contracts you no longer use.

AI: Generating key requirements for a job and matching candidates against them is more reliable, because the AI results now follow a stricter format.

DATEV: Payroll report downloads now include an additional document type, and you get a clear message when your DATEV account is not registered for the required plan.

🐞 Bug Fixes

CV parsing: Special characters in CVs no longer disrupt parsing, and education entries without a school are skipped.
