May 14: v1.721
This release adds configurable accrual timing for years-of-service leave, a stuck time balance recovery action, server-side pagination for the job candidates view, and fixes for announcement segments, the Org Chart tab, and absence approvals.
π New Featuresβ
Absence Management: Accrual policies now support a "Grant in Next Accrual Period" option. When enabled, additional leave earned through a years-of-service rule is granted in the period after the employee's anniversary rather than the period the anniversary falls in β useful for policies whose cycles span calendar-year boundaries. A related bug where extra allowances could end up in the wrong accrual period is also resolved.
Time Tracking: A new Fix Stuck Time Balance action is available on the Auto Withdrawals tab. When a background calculation job is interrupted and leaves employees with a permanent "Calculatingβ¦" spinner, HR admins can select the affected employees and recover their time balances directly β no support request needed.
Recruiting: The Job Candidates tab now uses server-side pagination, filtering, and search. Jobs with thousands of candidates now load quickly, search and filter run server-side, and a "Load More" button replaces the previous full-list view. The Kanban view is automatically hidden for jobs with more than 500 candidates to keep performance smooth.
π Bug Fixesβ
Announcements: The Edit segments button is now hidden on tracked announcements after they are published. Previously the button remained visible, and editing segments after publication would silently break notification tracking counters.
Company Structure: The Org Chart tab has been restored with a redirect notice pointing to the Company Structure view, which replaced it.
Absence Management: Fixed an error that occurred when an HR user created an absence request but did not have record-level access to the designated approver. The absence is now created correctly regardless of the HR user's visibility on the approver record.
